Joe has had a life insurance, group benefits and pension consulting practice for over 25 years. In addition to locally based companies, Joe’s clients have included the Canadian subsidiary of a Fortune 500 imaging and diagnostic company and Canadian market leaders in such industries as auto auctioning and media sales.
Along with group benefits and pensions, Joe works in the individual retirement and life insurance field.

Garnet is a chartered accountant with an MBA from McMaster University. He was a manager with Coopers & Lybrand (Toronto) in their financial services practice before commencing a group benefits and pension consulting practice of his own. His clients have included a wide variety of Canadian market leaders in such industries as specialty financial services, food production, office equipment and food service equipment. Although most are privately owned and controlled, Garnet also works with publicly listed companies.

Dave studied social studies at Guelph University. While attending university, Dave ran his own painting franchise under the College Pro banner. He spent the past seven years with a Toronto area service company; initially as a project manager and then later as their director of sales, helping it grow to one of the largest paint companies in the GTA.
At Webster Financial, Dave focuses on individual life, critical illness and disability insurance plans, as well as employee benefit programs.
Ian graduated with a BBA at Trent University in 2015. For the last decade Ian has focused on sales leadership in various finance & technology-based industries, while emphasizing client relationship management as the key to long term business sustainability.

Jane Rustic was asked to join Webster Financial in 1996. Jane has been our trusted office manager for over 25 years, and many would say she is the glue that keeps our organization together. She is a valuable resource to both the partners of the firm and our clients. Jane ensures all the needs of the day-to-day operations of the firm are met. She also takes pride in building relationships with our clients to ensure seamless communication. Kathleen joined our team in July 2022. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance/banking industry, working with both an MGA and a premier Canadian bank. Kathleen is our client service expert. For Andrew's and David's clients, she addresses administrative requirements, schedules meetings, amongst a host of other vital, day-to-day operations. She is a born problem solver.
When she isn’t in the office, she is spending time with her 3 kids and 3 dogs. She also loves the outdoors, including camping 3 seasons of the year and skiing in the winter. With Kathleen we are all in good hands.
